A Start Your Own Business seminar will take place on Monday 8th March 2010 in Fiontarlann, Ballymoon, Kilcar at 7pm. The seminar which is run by WESTBIC in partnership with Meitheall Forbartha na Gaeltachta will offer advice on setting up your business and will provide information on what supports are available to new enterprises, particularly in the Gaeltacht. Among the speakers on the night will be Jim Glackin who will offer advice on how to deal with the bank and Declan Gallagher of OGT Teo who was nominated for Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2009. The seminar is free of charge and anybody with a business idea or already set up in business is welcome to attend.
